What we'll cover

Three questions from the report

The report takes questions legal response teams ask about their own work and answers them with aggregate data from across the Kodex network. The session goes through each one and what's behind the numbers.

01 · Volume

Is request volume rising across the network?

Daily request volume across the network against the year before, how volume is changing for teams that have been on Kodex for two years or more, and where emergency disclosure requests fit in.

02 · Speed

How quickly are teams resolving requests?

Median resolution times across all legal process and how they moved as volume changed over the year. Emergency requests get their own measure, since those are the ones where minutes count.

03 · Trust

What threats does verification catch?

How often Kodex turned away an attempt to sign up for law enforcement access over the past year, including the rejections tied to suspected threat actors and compromised accounts.
