Enhanced Data Retention Controls (launching August 28)
A new setting lets you control retention separately for your team and for law enforcement. Keep productions accessible internally for as long as you need, while setting a shorter access window for law enforcement agents to view or download files. Find it under Settings > Organizational Settings > Request/Document Type Retention.

Reporting Updates
Case Assignments is now available in the Data Insights module, enabling smart capacity planning and balanced case allocation. Add filters for Analyst Name, Jurisdiction, Case Nature, Legal Process, Request Type, and Request Status (filters persist when leaving the page), and compare team assignments and completions by time period or legal process type. Median response time now displays in hours instead of days across UI charts and exported reports, for greater precision and alignment with industry and regulatory standards.

Verification Related Timeline Updates
It is now easier to see when a law enforcement agent's verification status changes on active requests. Alongside timeline notifications, assignees of those requests are emailed. When an agent's "Verified for EDR" status changes, a timeline event is created on each active Emergency request they created; when status, substatus, or status reason fields change, a timeline event is created on each active request they created.
