Edit Your Company Profile (launched 12/17)

Admins can now edit your organization's agent-facing guidelines directly in Kodex. Go to Settings > Theme Settings > Company Profile, then click Edit to open the rich text editor. Supports simple and advanced formatting including links and Vimeo-hosted videos.

Timezone settings (including UTC)

All date fields now display timezone in the UI. Starting in January, you can also choose a timezone for your organization that applies across all date fields so each user's view is consistent (options include UTC, ET, PT, and more).

New VPN checks for agent signup and signin (agent-facing)

Both agent signup and signin flows now detect VPN usage from law enforcement agents. If an agent is using a VPN, they receive a warning and can disable it before proceeding.

New agent suspension and appeals process (agent-facing)

Qualifying agents who are rejected or deactivated now receive an automated email explaining the action, with a direct link to submit an appeal by re-applying online, without contacting you or Kodex support. Re-applications are reviewed by the Kodex verification team, and agents are notified of the decision.

Submission 2.0 live across English-speaking countries (agent-facing)

Agent Submission 2.0 is now live for agents in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Remaining jurisdictions planned for January.
