What's New

NDO Collection for Preservation Requests

A new setting lets you collect NDO (Non-Disclosure Order) details directly within the preservation request submission flow. When enabled, it adds a dedicated step to collect NDO information during submission and automatically sends reminder emails to law enforcement 1 to 10 days before expiration and again on the expiration date. Turn on under Settings > Form Settings > Enable NDO for Preservation Requests.

Block Submission When Target Data Is Invalid

A new setting prevents request submission when invalid target information is entered, ensuring cleaner data upfront. The "Next" button stays greyed out until all target data meets your configured validation rules.

Rolled Out Localized Date Pickers for Agents & Analysts

Localized date pickers are live for agents and analysts so date formatting stays consistent across the application. Formats adapt to each user's locale.

VPN Handling Project

Enhanced VPN handling in the Kodex Portal. The system detects logins from restricted networks and prompts qualified users to disable their VPN and retry instead of automatically rejecting access, reducing unnecessary rejections while maintaining strong security controls.
