Enhanced Data Collection for Stronger Verification

We've introduced a more structured data intake process to improve the accuracy and completeness of information collected during signup. Capturing key details like agency address, fingerprint ID, language preference, and role expertise strengthens our ability to verify the legitimacy of government officials — and supports ongoing monitoring to detect any anomalous behavior over time.

Improved Efficiency and Clarity

Law Enforcement Agents will find a redesigned signup flow that is more intuitive than before. Errors are flagged in real time, steps are easier to follow, and the password setup and reset process is much clearer.

Mobile-Friendly Entry Point

It is now easier to start the signup process from a mobile device by entering an email to receive clear instructions for completing registration on a desktop or laptop. To note when on mobile devices, Safari works best.
