Quarterly Threat Intelligence Report
This month's updates focus on helping teams better manage request intake, streamline access and follow-up workflows, and support more structured operational processes across organizations.

Better Request Tracking

Next Action Date, available to filter in Dashboard

A new internal field to help your team stay on top of follow-ups. Set a future date for when you need to revisit a request or check in with an agent about an NDO. Best for teams managing NDO follow-ups, pending clarification, or requests that require future action.

New Date & Time Custom Field

Capture a specific time as a custom field, ideal for logging when an event occurred on a request. Best for incident-based workflows where precise event timestamps matter.

More Admin Control

New Self-Serve Setting: Accepted Request Sources

Admins now control who can submit requests to your organization(s). In addition to law enforcement agencies, you can accept requests from law firms, government-funded legal defense (public defenders), government-funded task forces, and debt collection agencies. Update under Settings > Form Settings > Accepted Request Sources.

Jurisdiction-Based Access to Team Members

Control which requests each team member can access based on the jurisdictions they handle. Default access remains all jurisdictions. Configure under Settings > User Management > Account Access.

Easier Multi-Entity Management

Assign Requests Across Multiple Organizations

Assign requests across multiple organizations to manage them across entities. Select the checkbox next to each request, then click Assign Requests.
