Macro Template Update (launched November 13)
A small but mighty update to macro templates. There is now a rich text option so you can add bold, italics, and links to your macro template messages. Navigate to Settings > Organizational Settings > Comment Variables and Templates.
Agent Submission 2.0 (agent-facing)
A redesigned request form built to capture more accurate target information upfront, making review easier and faster for your team. Rolling out to all U.S. agents first, with additional regions to follow.
- Smarter intake: Qualifying questions guide agents through target submission, explaining the role of targets and tailoring the flow to the data they have, encouraging more complete submissions.
- Grouping: Selectors are grouped by target type (for example Suspect vs Victim) for more structured data, surfaced in the Targets 2.0 UI.
- Built-in validation: Real-time checks confirm valid formats for emails, phone numbers, and other identifiers. Invalid entries are flagged but do not block submission.
- Bulk uploads: Agents can upload 10+ targets at once with automatic validation, instead of relying on attached PDFs or spreadsheets.
