What's New

Customize Subject for User Notice

You can now create custom subjects for User Notice by editing the User Notice macros you already have. The same variable fields work too. For the subject line to appear, select email as the medium and "notify users" as the action.

Targets 2.0: Review Targets with Greater Efficiency

A refreshed experience that makes reviewing and managing targets easier, built from your feedback and designed to help meet transparency and reporting requirements.

  • Redesigned Targets Table: A detailed view of all target selectors submitted with a request, with their identifiers, statuses, and available actions in one place.
  • Smarter selector and identifier management: New buttons to add selectors and identifiers in one go, plus more flexibility to edit selectors or identifiers.
  • Bulk actions for common workflows: Select multiple selectors at once to add identifiers, mark "Does Not Exist," copy, or delete.
  • Target Identifier View: A detailed look at selectors tied to each identifier, with key fields for internal tracking and external reporting.
  • Targets Summary: A high-level view of selectors and identifiers across a request, including counts from external vs internal sources and production outcomes, tying directly into Transparency Reports.

Coming Soon

  • Redesigned Targets submission process: improved grouping by user (Suspect vs Victim), enhanced data validation, and bulk uploads of specific target types.
  • Edit Your Company Guidelines: A new Theme Setting to edit law enforcement guidelines as policies change, with a rich text editor, links, and embedded photos and videos.
