Brand kit.
Logos, colors, type, and the rules for using them. You’re welcome to use everything here, whether you’re writing about Kodex or listing us on a partner page.
01 · Logo
The logo.
Use the full logo wherever it fits. The wordmark is custom artwork, so always use the files and never type KODEX in a font as a stand-in.
Backgrounds
Put the logo on one of these four colors. Over a photo or a busy layout, use the contained logo.
Clear space
Keep other text, logos, and edges at least half the logo’s height away on every side. For the mark on its own, keep a quarter of its height clear.

Don’t change it
Use the artwork exactly as supplied.

Don’t add an outline.

Don’t add a shadow.

Don’t recolor it.

Don’t rotate it.

Don’t stretch or squash it.

Don’t blur it.

Don’t fill it with a photo or texture.

Don’t rearrange it or add to it.
02 · Color
Color.
Deep Navy is the foundation of the palette. Signal Blue and Flare Red are the two active colors, and together they stand for the exchange between agencies and the companies that answer them. Use Paper, Chalk, and the greys for hierarchy, with Navy Grey and Midnight for depth.

03 · Type
Type.
Headlines are set in Druk Bold. Anything people read at length uses PP Mori, and short labels use Geist Mono in capitals.

Druk and PP Mori are licensed fonts, so we can’t share the files. Without them, use Anton for headlines and DM Sans for body copy. Both are free on Google Fonts.
04 · Sign in with Kodex
Sign-in button.
If your legal portal offers Sign in with Kodex, use these buttons for it. The label is outlined in the files, so they look right without our fonts. For setup, talk to your Kodex contact.
Each style comes as a rectangle with 4px corners, a pill, and a mark-only button for sign-in rows where every option is an icon.
Rules
- Use the files as they are. Keep the colors, mark, label, and spacing unchanged.
- The label always reads “Sign in with Kodex”, in sentence case.
- Match the size of the other sign-in buttons on the page. Never go smaller than them, or below 32px tall.
- Leave at least 8px of space around the button.
- Use the mark-only button only when every sign-in option is an icon.
- Don’t fill it with Signal Blue or Flare Red, add a shadow, or set the label in capitals.
Building it in code
- Height is 44px. Side padding is 16px, or 22px on the pill, with 12px between the mark and the label.
- The mark is 17px tall. Set the label at 16px in PP Mori Regular if you license it, or DM Sans if you don’t.
- Corners are 4px, or fully round on the pill. The outline style has a 1px Dark Grey #7F8EAC border.
- On hover and press, the navy button turns Midnight #151E2E and the white and outline buttons turn Chalk #EBEDF2.
- Focus gets a 2px Signal Blue ring with a 2px gap.
